We are looking for a Senior Game Designer to boost the Core Gameplay. The team is working on the heart of the game, designing ideas for smooth functionality and breathtaking gaming experiences for every Super8 player.
Job Responsibility
• Design and develop Arcade Idle games with ARPG elements
• Create and balance game systems: Including progression, rewards, and monetization
• Collaborate with the team: Implement and refine game mechanics
• Define content: For core and meta game aspects
• Prototype and iterate: Based on feedback and data
• Playtest and ensure features: Are fun, understandable, and enjoyable for players
Required Skills
• 5+ years of experience in game design, focusing on Idle / Arcade Idle / ARPG games
• Strong expertise in game mechanics, balance, and player progression
• Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and basic math skills
• Knowledge of design principles and player psychology
